When life feels like a never-ending game of Tetris, sometimes the only solution is to sew the pieces together and create something beautiful. Using a layering and collaging process, I combined four separate paintings into one massive canvas, layering on cut-out plant forms and collaging with thread and gel medium. The result is a wild, colorful quilt of emotions that's uniquely eclectic, modern, and upbeat.
Each element in the piece tells a story: plus symbols for positivity, macaroni shapes for life’s simple pleasures, and sea plant forms for balance and peace. Together, they form a visually stunning reminder to find beauty in the chaos of life.
