We’re happy when you’re happy. If you have a problem, we’ll solve it! While I strive to ensure every piece of art meets your expectations, I understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that any shipping costs incurred during the return process are non-refundable.

To initiate a return or exchange, email me at sarah@sarahfinucane.com with your order details, and I’ll guide you through the process. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Once I receive the item and confirm its condition, I’ll process your refund or send out your exchange promptly.

Exclusions

Due to the level of customization involved, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:

  • Made-to-order items: These pieces are created specifically for you based on your preferences, making them unique and personalized.

  • Commissions: Custom art commissions are tailored to your vision and therefore cannot be resold or refunded.

  • Prints: These high-quality prints are made to order to ensure exceptional quality and precision, which makes them ineligible for returns or exchanges. However if there is a problem such as damage, reach out to my printer and they will handle the issue for you.

Please ensure you’re confident in your selections when purchasing these custom or made-to-order items. I’m happy to answer any questions or provide additional photos and details before you make your purchase.
