Return Policy

Original art can be returned for a store credit or exchange. If you'd like to swap your piece for another available (unstretched) statement piece of equal or greater value, I offer exchanges for a flat $125 shipping fee each way ($250 total). Just reach out within 7 days of receiving your art.

Important:

• Swaps are only available for unstretched statement pieces only

• Small works, sale items, crate-shipped pieces, and artwork shipped directly to a framer are not eligible for exchange and are final sale

• Commissions and made-to-order prints are final sale

Damaged in transit?

If your piece arrives damaged beyond repair, email sarah@sarahfinucane.com within 7 days with clear photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll evaluate the situation and, if the damage can’t be corrected, I’ll repair, replace, or refund as needed—and cover return shipping.
